Obituary
Debra Ann Dailey, 56, of Wintersville passed away October 8, 2013.
She was born April 22, 1957 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Minor) Dailey.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Richard Dailey; brother, Harold Dailey, Jr.; and sisters, Phyllis Dailey and Sandra Cozart.
She is survived by her brother, Robert (Mildred) Dailey; sister, Becky (Daniel) Davis; grandchildren, Amber, Ryan, and Ricky Dailey; nephew, Jim (Mandy) Dailey; niece, Lori (Chuck) Petronsky; and many other nieces and nephews.
