Obituary
Debra E. Salsberry, 65, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away November 10, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born August 24, 1954 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Isaac and Ivy (Dennis) Groves.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, East Springfield for many many years where she served as a member of the Women's Fellowship.
Debra is survived by her husband, Dale E. Salsberry, Sr.; children, Dale, Jr., Carli, and Alissa Salsberry; Steven and Stephanie who she raised as her own; brother, William Groves; sisters, Geraldine Meccanic and Lucille (Carl) Haught; grandchildren, Kaden, Skyler, Tommy, and many more.
A memorial services will be held at a later day at the Christ UM Church, East Springfield.
