Dennis C. Hitchcock, 68, of Salineville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Trinity Medical Center in Steubenville, Ohio. Dennis was born on December 4, 1955, in East Liverpool, Ohio.

He attended Jewett-Scio High School and served in the U.S. Army. Dennis was a maintenance worker by trade. An avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and sports, mainly the Cleveland Browns.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Donna J. and Howard E. Cline of Bloomingdale, Ohio.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Nancy Hitchcock of Salineville; sisters Terri L. Grimes of Amsterdam and Traci (Flip) Bridenbaugh of Toronto; children Shawn and Erik Hitchcock, Michelle Mcnevin, Paul Rayl, Roberta Rayl, and Joshua Rayl; grandchildren Syndee Fisher and Christian; many nieces and nephews as well as his beloved dog, Winston.
