DIANE L. (Beckett) PAHIDES, 68, of Wintersville, OH, went to be with her Lord, June 6, 2008. She was born June 11, 1939 in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of the late William and Ida (Zook) Beckett. She was a nurses' aid for years in this area and in Ocean City, New Jersey attended the Gospel Hall Assembly of Christians Gathered to the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Steubenville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence D. Beckett. She is survived by her dear husband, Stamatie (Tom) Pahides, whom she married October 7, 1989; by a brother, Benson (Pat) Beckett of Hopedale, OH, by four sisters, Laura (Jim) Snider, Hopedale, OH, Gloria (Bob) Keller of Fishers, Indiana, Florence Taylor of Toronto, OH and Kay (Daryl) Kinker of Tallmadge, OH and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond Monday, June 9, 2008 from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM with Bob Vincent of McKeesport, PA officiating.
