Donald W. Conn, Jr. 59 of Richmond, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Trinity Medical Center West. He was employed by Ross Township.

He was born November 1, 1961 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Donald and Dorothy Jane (Stewart) Conn Sr.

He is survived by his son, Mike (Shannon) Conn; daughter, Ashley Conn; longtime companion, Helen Knox; step-daughter, Paula (Josh) Pethtel; brothers, Daniel (Michelle) Conn and David Conn; grandchildren, Autumn Boyle, Dane (Chelsea) Knox, Austin (Jack Latham) Barker, and Jenna Pethtel; great-granddaughter, Aubrey.

Per his wishes there will be no services.
