Donald Joseph Finley, 64, passed away on July 30, 2025. He was born on June 27, 1961, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Dolly (Taylor) Finley and the late Donald Lee Finley. In addition to his father, Don is preceded in death by his uncle, Joe Taylor; and his aunt, Judy Dollison.

Don was an avid horse enthusiast.

In addition to his mother, Don is survived by his brothers, Brian (Annette) Finley and Scott (Leslie) Finley; his nieces, Hannah Benton, Kathleen Finley, Elizabeth Collier, Julianne Kimball, Blake Haislet and Lorna Kovalchik; his uncle, Clarence (Harriet) Taylor; and his aunt, Jayne (Ron) Brandfass.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. until time of services at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Sam Davis officiating.
