Donald E. Springer, 76, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on August 30, 2022. He was born on October 14, 1945 in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Eugene Cragle and Betty Cooley. He was an Indian Creek Custodian for 41 years. He is survived by his wife, Bonnita (Simpson) Springer; his sons, Donald E. Springer Jr., Daniel Jean Springer, Dennis Eugene Springer, and Glenn Arthur Springer; and his sister, Susan Shaver.
