Donna M. Kugler, 86, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on October 10, 2025. She was born on June 26, 1939, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Melvin and Bessie (Tucker) Clark. In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her husband, John Kugler; her sons, Billy Jo Kugler Sr. and Johnny Lee Kugler; her daughters, Cindy and Louann; her grandson, Leo Kugler Jr.; her sisters, Marie Creamer, Ruth Goddard, and Lois Thress; her daughter-in-law, Connie Kugler; her son-in-law, John Woodland; and her brother-in-laws, Tony Disabatino, Roger Doddard, and Carl Thress.

She is survived by her sons, Leo (Marissa) Kugler Sr. and Jimmy (Missy) Kugler; her daughters, Debbie Calkins, Nona Woodland, and Jodi (Patrick) Thomason; her daughter-in-law, Evelyn Kugler; her brothers, Kenneth (Carol) Clark and Richard (Anna) Clark; her sister, Bonnie Disabatino; her 33 grandchildren; her 81 great grandchildren; and her 22 great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4 P.M. until time of services at 6 P.M. with Pastor Robert Montgomery officiating.
