Doris L. Booth, 83, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away at Sienna Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wintersville, Ohio, on February 4, 2023. She was born on February 5, 1939, in Eastern, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Kmatz) Booth. In addition to her parents, Doris is preceded in death by her only daughter, Anna M. Baker; her granddaughter, Jamie Prokopakis; and her sister, Margaret Myers.

She retired from Foresters Nursing Home with 30 years of service.

She is survived by her two sons, Jeff (Marsha) Prokopakis of Amsterdam, Ohio, and John (Kelly) Prokopakis of East Springfield, Ohio; her brothers, Joseph Kmatz of Amsterdam, Ohio, and Jack (Noami) Booth of Massillon, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Per Doris's request, there will be no services held at this time.
