DOROTHY H. "Dottie" BREHM, 90, of Steubenville , OH , formerly of Richmond , passed away at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville Sunday, October 27, 2013 .

She was born January 7, 1923 in Westland , PA , a daughter of the late Leroy and Flora Seabright Clemens.  She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church of Steubenville and a former member of the Richmond Lioness Club.

Dorothy was the loving mother and mentor to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Surviving are two sons, Thomas Brehm and Albert (Paula) Brehm of Richmond; two daughters, Barbara (Gene) Mann of Maine and Terri Brehm of Steubenville ; grandchildren, Brett and Josh Settle, Laura and Sarah Albin, Hannah, Abbie and Theresa Brehm, Carey Ferralli and Trevor Reed; and two great-grandchildren, Lauren and Luke Ferralli.

She is preceded in death by a son, Theodore Brehm, Jr., a brother, Ralph Wilson and two sisters, Alice Smith and Ethel Cunningham.

Visitation for Dorothy will be from 1 - 3 and 5 - 7 PM Wednesday at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond where her funeral services will follow visitation at 7 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Sarah Walker Brown officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Valley Hospice Care Center North, 380 Summitt Ave , Steubenville , OH 43952 or to the donors favorite charity.
