DOROTHY O'NEILL-DRAKE, 78, of Richmond , Ohio , passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville following a brief illness. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed.  She was carried away by the angels on Wednesday morning.

She was born September 13, 1934 in New Freeport, PA, a daughter of the late Edward and Flossie Rogers Strawn.  She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Robert William O'Neill and second husband, Jack Drake; by two sons, Michael and Robert O'Neill, and a sister, Ethel Mayle.

Surviving are three sons, Mark (Becky) O'Neill of Bloomingdale, Richard O'Neill and Shawn O'Neill, both of Richmond; two daughters, Donna Barrios and Paula Ricouard, both of Richmond, two brothers, Edgar (Mary) Strawn, Midland, PA and Thomas (Sylvia) Strawn, Keswick, VA and a sister, Susan (Warren) Foote, Portland, OR, 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held at 10 AM Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St , Richmond with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating. The family will be present at 9:30 AM .

She will be interred in the Richmond Union Cemetery .
