Earl Robert "Bob" Hartley, 70, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away March 7, 2025, at his home.

He was born on December 16, 1954 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Everett and Florence Jessie (Scyoc) Hartley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Albert, Everett "Jim", Carl, and Clarence Hartley; and sisters, Leona Buckel and Hazel "Mae" Hartley.

He was Methodist by faith.

Bob was a life member of the North America Hunting Club and Gardening Club. He was an avid outdoorsman.

He is survived by his sister, Florence Jean Newlin; many nieces, nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 5 PM until time of funeral services at 6 PM with Pastor Tim Groos officiating.

Private burial will be held at Richmond Union Cemetery.
