Eleanor Keenan, 90, of Wintersville, OH, passed away peacefully June 9, 2020 at Lancia Villa Vista with Randy and Teresa Truax by her side.

She was born March 27, 1930 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Patsy and Leona Dettorre.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her two brothers, George and Julius Dettorre.

Eleanor worked at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel for 27 years.

She was a member of the Wintersville United Methodist Church, Wintersville, OH.

Eleanor loved to read her bible, play the organ, word search books and spend time with family and friends. She was in a bowling league. Eleanor's favorite place was Oglebay Park, Wheeling, WV.

She is survived by her siblings, Janet Truax of Weirton, WV, Anna Rose (Queen) Luparello of Wintersville, OH, Frank (Josephine) Dettorre of Marietta, OH, and Alfred Dettorre of Steubenville, OH; children, Wayne L. (Melony) Keenan, Jr., Mark (Dana) Keenan, Kevin Keenan, and Jill (Jim) Keenan Chesmark; grandchildren, Josh (Riza) Keenan and Rebecca Keenan; and great granddaughter, Sydnee Keenan; and many nieces and nephews.

Per Eleanor's wishes there will be no services.
