ELLA L. "Toots" AMSTUTZ, 69, of Canton, OH, passed away Thursday, March 01, 2007 in the Green Meadows Health Center, Louisville, Oh following a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and a Protestant by faith. Ella was born March 13, 1937 in Amsterdam, OH, a daughter of the late Thomas Richard and Mary Josephine (Foit) Stone. She married Jackie Amstutz who died September 22, 2004. She is survived by 2 sons, Greg A. Amstutz and wife Deborah of East Canton, Scott T. Amstutz and wife Brenda of Rome, NY, a step-daughter, Diana Glenn and husband Steven of Canton; grandchildren, Travis Murphy and Jennifer, Julie and Zach Amstutz; 3 brothers, Tom Stone and wife Irene and Dick Stone and wife Twyla, all of Amsterdam, Frank Stone and wife Chloe of Canton, 2 sisters, Jane Stull and husband Wayne of Amsterdam and Karen Tyson of Canton. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday with the Reverend Mark Thomas officiating.
