Obituary

Elweyn "Nack" G. Skinner, 72, of Wintersville departed peacefully on Tuesday, August 28th in his home.

Born May 10, 1940 in Empire, Ohio to the late Howard Skinner & Edna Glasure.

Elweyn was a "jack of all trades" who graduated Toronto High School 1958. He was a Member of Moose Lodge, American Legion & Mason F&AM.  Elweyn retired as a pipefitter from Weirton Steel.

Elweyn was a generous & very devoted family man & friend who was loved and admired by many.  He was an avid handyman.  He loved the outdoors -- camping, biking or simply walking Lucky & Missy.  That's my job & I'll help ya were heard weekly at his Euchre games.  Elweyn will be remembered as a person of honesty and integrity and the one who always put others before himself.

Elweyn was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Edna, wife Norma and two brothers Duane and Gary.

He will be deeply missed by his daughter Kim McClain of OH., son Rick Skinner & Renee of VA., grandchildren Tiffany & Joshua, Jedediah, & Kelsey, sister Myra and Larry McKelvey, brother Barry Skinner and many extended family and friends.

Family & Friends will be received at Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. , Wintersville on Saturday Sept 1 from 5 - 7 PM with the funeral service to immediately follow at 7 PM .

A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held on Sunday Sept 2 at the American Legion in Wintersville from 2 - 4 PM .
