Ernest L. Plunkett, 81, of Hammondsville, OH, passed away January 7, 2021 at East Liverpool City Hospital. He was retired from Valley Systems and Hydrochem.

He was born May 16, 1939 in Hammondsville, OH, a son of the late Joseph A. and Martha S. (Householder) Plunkett.

In addition to his parents he preceded in death by his wife, Joyceina M. (Millhorn) Plunkett and brothers, Theodore "Alex", George, and Arthur Plunkett; sister, Rachel Pinkerton.

Ernest is survived by his sister, Garnetta Alford, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Sunday from 2PM until time of services at 5 PM with Pastor Dan Crowe officiating.

Private burial at Hammondsville Cemetery.
