Esther F. Elliott 91 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at Woodland Hills Assisted Living, Weirton. She was retired nurses aide from Weirton Medical Center. Esther was Methodist by faith.

Esther was born August 16, 1928 in Toronto, Ohio a daughter of the late Fred and Virgie (Flenniken) Simpson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Elliott.

She is survived by her son, Ted Lewis (Cassie) Elliott; granddaughter, Victoria Jean (Matthew) Leonard; great-grandchild, Maverick Elliott Leonard.
