Estle Lockhart, 92, of Amsterdam, OH, passed away August 9, 2015 at her home.

She was born January 25, 1923 in Noland, NC, a daughter of the late Arnold E. and Meta (Lemons) Bradshaw.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Lockhart who passed away December 9, 1999; brothers, Eulion and Ed; sisters, Vonnie Cunningham and Eleanor Goss.

Estle served her country in the United States Army during WWII. She worked for Edison School District for 42 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Shirley (John) Maldonado, Jr. of Steubenville, OH and Amy (Fred) Bean, Jr. of Amsterdam, OH; sister, Peggy (Cledus) Medford of Bryson City, NC; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond on Thursday from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Wesley George officiating.

Entombment will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
