Eugene "Mac" McBride, 85, of Richmond, OH, passed away May 22, 2018 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

He was born June 19, 1932 in Salem, WV, a son of the late Matthew and Jessie (McCuen) McBride.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Rothacker) McBride; daughter, Susie Riley; granddaughter, Tara Rothacker; 7 brothers; and 4 sisters.

Mac is survived by his sons, Terry (Susan) Rothacker of Steubenville and Joe McBride of Richmond; daughter, Michelle (Rob) Stewart of Richmond; son-in-law, Dave Riley; grandchildren, Amie (Scott) Sterling, Kylie (Jessie) Loy, Robbie (Taylor Sneathen) Stewart and Logan Stewart; great grandchildren, Harley Riley, Belle Kirshman, Alexis and Sierra Johnston, Zane and Braxton Sterling; and sisters, Becky (Dan) Krichbaum and Carol (Carl) Ney.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond on Saturday from 4 PM until time of funeral services at 6 PM with Pastor Sam Davis officiating.
