FRANCES L. "Betty" BROWN, 83, of Richmond, joined her husband in the presence of the Lord on Friday, May 9, 2008 surrounded by her loving daughters and grandchildren. She was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. She was born in Wintersville, OH, February 17, 1925, a daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret Rhine Jobes. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Brown who died August 16, 1995, and a sister, Dolores King. Betty is survived by 2 daughters, Karen (Bill) Hibbs of Toronto and Doris Allan of Wintersville, OH; by 5 grandchildren, Todd Hibbs, Lynette Aldridge, Mike Allan, Troy Allan and Tasha Hibbs; by 8 great-grandchildren, Ashley, Alek, Alyssa, Cheyanne, Michael, Cody, J.D. and Kayla and by a sister, Doris Murray of Bloomingdale and her special niece, Sue Beightler, Marysville, OH. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond Sunday from 5 until 9 PM and then Monday from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM. The Reverend Carol Smith will officiate. Interment will be at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
