FRANCES M. BRUCE, 49, of Richmond, OH, passed away Saturday, November 08, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville following a brief illness. She was born in Steubenville, OH, August 30, 1959. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Gerald L. and Doris Ann (Long) Bruce Sr. and her adoptive father, Thomas Dray. She was retired from Domino's Pizza and was a Protestant by faith. She is survived by her adoptive mother, Cynthia Dray of Richmond, a son, Greg Bruce of Los Angeles, CA and by her siblings, Gerald L. (Debbi) Bruce of Galloway, OH, Patricia (Ronald) Mayo of Columbus, OH, Thomas "Jim" (Joan) Dray, Columbus, OH, Wanda (William) Russell, California, Judith Dray and David (Terri) Dray, all of Florida and Susan (Walter) Vinson, Alabama. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St, Richmond Monday from 6 to 8 PM where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday with Pastor Randy Sells officiating.
