Frank "Joe Dogg" Snider, passed away August 9, 2021.
He was born June 29, 1976.
He is preceded in death by father, Frank J. Snider, Jr., Pap Frank J. Snider, Sr., and mom Ruth Snider.
Joe is survived by son Joseph Anthony Snider and Bonus son Gabriel Graham of Dillonvale, Ohio; several friends, family member, and loved ones.

Friends will be received on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 10 AM until 12 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1 PM at the Brentwood Methodist Church, 148 Stevens St., Wintersville, OH.
