Frank Harris, 86, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 12, 2022. He was born on December 23, 1935, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to the late Curtis and Helen (Aegan) Harris. In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Harris; his son, Bart Harris; his brother, Fred Harris; his sister, Joan Copeland; and his nephews; Chris Copeland, Robbie Copeland, and Curt Harris.

He retired from Weirton Steel in 1990 after 42 years of service.

Frank is survived by his son, Burt Harris; his daughter, Tracy (Dominick) McAllister; his grandchildren, Dominick (Megan) McAllister Jr., Sarah (Brenton) Shell, and Madison (Stephen) Martin; his nieces, Kim Criss and Brenda Mencer; his nephews, Jeff Copeland and Jason Mencer.

Friends will be received for visitation hours at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10-12 P.M.
