Frank Wayne "Bubba" McClelland Sr., 73 of Mingo Jct., Ohio passed away January 30, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born January 9, 1949 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Frank Culp and Maxine Wanda (Cline) McClelland. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna (Pettibon) McClelland; two brothers Earl and Dennis "Gumby" McClelland. He was a truck driver for IMS.  Frank was a member of the Tri County Coon Hunters and Steubenville American Legion Post #33. He was a Veteran of the US Army.

Frank is survived by his three sons, Frank (Diana) McClelland Jr. of Malvern, Paul (Tommie Matello) McClelland, and John (Marya) McClelland both of Mingo Jct.;ten grandchildren; step-daughter, Linda (Joseph) Anderson; sister-in-laws, Vickie (Jeff) Tober and Carla (Dave) Kendall.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday from 2 PM until time of funeral services at 5 PM.
