Fred V. Bailey, 71, of Hopedale , Ohio passed away May 4, 2011 at his home.

He was born December 19, 1939 in Mingo Junction , Ohio , to the late Stacy and Lenora (Carl) Bailey.

He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Fred is survived by his wife, Margaret (Forsythe) Bailey; daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Porter of Freeport, OH and Jennifer (Sean) Koen of Jewett; grandchildren, Edwin (Megan) McMillion, Meghan McMillion, Ashley and Jeffrey Nichols; one great-grandchild, Kya Grace McMillion, sisters, Izetta Ankrum of Wintersville, Mary Thomas of Albany, KY, and Wilma (Jeff) Kough of Richmond.

A memorial service for Fred will be held on Friday at 11 AM at the Hopedale American Legion. Arrangements have been entrusted to Everhart-Bove funeral homes.
