Gary R. Dahlem, 67, of Richmond, OH, passed away April 6, 2016 at his home.

He was born January 16, 1949 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Robert E. and Betty Lee (Daugherty) Dahlem.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald David Dahlem.

Gary was an actively involved member of the Empire United Methodist Church, Empire, OH. He was a lifetime member of the NRA, Mingo Sportsman Club, and West Virginia Bowhunters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda C. (Barker) Dahlem; daughter, Michelle (Jeff) Koerner of Green, OH; grandchildren, Nate and Tori Koerner; brothers, Richard Lee (Terry) Dahlem of Long Grove, IL, William Michael Dahlem of Toronto, OH, Kenneth Joseph Dahlem of Toronto, OH, and Kirk J. (Patricia) Dahlem of Toronto, OH; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday from 6-8 PM and Friday from 2-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Sam Davis officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
