George Robert Oller Sr., 83, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on November 5, 2024. He was born on July 29, 1941, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Dorothy Mayhew. In addition to his mother, George is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Hicks Oller; his daughter, Gidget Renee Oller; and his sisters, Gail of Steubenville and Marlene of Florida.

George was an avid golfer and loved going on cruises, fishing, and hunting. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He was also a member at Holy Family Catholic Church in Steubenville, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife Beverly (Bonaventura) Oller; his son, George R. (Marlene) Oller Jr.; his sister, Linda (Dennis) Rymer of Arkansas; his grandchildren, George R. (Lauren) Oller III and William D. Oller; his great granddaughter, Hayden; and his niece, Dorothy (Keith) Polston of Arkansas.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 1 P.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2655 Alexander Blvd, Steubenville, Ohio. A luncheon will follow at the church immediately after the service.
