Georgia A. Shepherd, 80 of Bergholz , Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at her home. She was a member of the Bergholz Faith Community Church where she enjoyed singing.

She was born August 8, 1930 in Hammondsville , Ohio a daughter of the late George and Bertha Dowdell DeNoon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles DeNoon.

She is survived by a son, George (Mary) Shepherd of Bergholz and a daughter Anna Marie (Russell) Kleiner of Bergholz; four brothers, Fred DeNoon of Augusta, OH, Bill (Janie) DeNoon and Howard DeNoon both of Bergholz, Carl DeNoon of Salineville; one sister, Mary (Robert) Champion of Bergholz; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St. , Bergholz on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services Saturday at 11 AM with Pastor Rick Chappell officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove cemetery. Send condolences online at www.everhart-bovefuneralhomes.com .
