Glenn W. Snyder Sr., 72, lost his battle with cancer on February 27, 2012 .

He was retired from Weirton Steel but never from life.

He was the son of Richard and Anna Snyder; father to Glenn Jr. (Dawn), Lisa (Norbie), and Heidi (Randy); grandpa to Cody, Valli, John, and Glenn; best friend of Larry "Smoky" and Helen.

Per his request there will be no services. A private burial took place at Holly Memorial Gardens .

Memorial contributions may be made to Charity Hospice 500 Luray Dr., Wintersville, OH 43953.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. , Wintersville.
