Gracie Jo Ramsey was born February 10, 2022 at Weirton Medical to her loving parents Tyler and Heather Ramsey of Richmond. She went to be with the Lord on Saturday September 21, 2024 at Trinity Medical Center. For all that knew her she was the light of the world and best cousin and little sister anyone could ask for. She lit up the room when she walked in and knew very few strangers. She will be dearly missed by her parents and her "Big Brothers" Gavin and Reece both of the home. She is survived by her parents and brothers of Richmond; grandparents, Dale and Kathy Ramsey of Richmond; Bill and Luann Mallernee of Cadiz,  along with great-grandmothers, Georgia Ramsey and Linda McConnell both of Richmond and Roberta Hossler of Cadiz; aunts and uncles, Andrew (Racine) Ramsey of Richmond, Amber (Artie) Chappell of Richmond, Jake (Julie) Mallernee of Cadiz, and Kevin Mallernee of Cadiz; cousins, Ryker and Ryleigh of Richmond, Jaylie, Keagan, and Ross of Cadiz; many great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins. Also a special thanks to Heidi Harris for always taking care of our girl, you truly loved her like your own. Preceded in death by great-grandparents, Kenneth McConnell, Merrill Ramsey, Les Tonkel, and Eugene and Jean Mallernee.

Private funeral services will be handled by Everhart-Bove Funeral Homes as per family request.
