Harry R. Goodwin

Harry R. Goodwin, 88, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 2, 2026. He was born on May 3, 1937, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, to the late Kledious and Emma (Rider) Goodwin. In addition to his parents, Harry is preceded in death by his son, Richard Goodwin; his sisters, Norma Shank and Dorothy Montgomery; and his brother, Kledious Goodwin Jr.

For 69 years, Harry proudly served in the Pipefitter’s Local 495 where he was honored to serve on the Executive Board. He was also a talented handyman who took genuine pride in his ability to fix, build, and improve anything he put his hands on. He was an avid baseball lover, who coached little league for years.

Harry is survived by his loving wife, Constance (Miller) Goodwin; his sons, David (Linda) Goodwin and Kenneth Goodwin; his daughter, Brenda Goodwin; his sister, Betty Marzano; his 3 grandchildren; and his 7 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 2-5 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, March 9, 2026, at the funeral home at 11 A.M. Entombment will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
