Hazel L. Homol, 61, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away March 5, 2017 at Harrison Community Hospital.

She was born October 27, 1955 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of Doris (Shannon) McTheny and the late Harold C. McTheny.

Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Robert Homol who passed away October 3, 2009.

She worked for Carriage Inn of Steubenville as a nurse.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her sons, Johnny (Barb) Homol, Edward (Lisa) Homol, and RT Homol; brother, Harold (Martha) McTheny; sisters, Roxane (Dan) Swank and Ruby (Bill) Cahill; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Hazel was a loving and devoted wife, mom, and grandma.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday from 11 AM until time for funeral services 1 PM.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, OH.
