Howard J. Nonemaker, 80, of Steubenville , OH passed away August 5, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville .

He was born December 12, 1932 in Steubenville , OH , a son of the late Elmer and Ida Mae (Fix) Nonemaker.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brothers, Hubert, Blaine, and Kenneth Nonemaker.

Howard served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He was a member at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church , Steubenville .

He is survived by his loving wife, Sara (Vance) Nonemaker who he married on November 25, 1977 ; daughters, Hope and Robin Andrews and her fiance John P. McKinney; grandchildren, Daniel John Andrews, Joshua Stinespring and his fiancAC.e Nichole Burch. Howard adored his granddaughter Elizabeth Stinespring and her fiancAC. Matthew Chambers. Howard cherished his great grandchildren, Olivia Grace, Hadley Anne, Hayden and Layla Nichole; brother, Gerald Nonemaker; sisters, Ruth Burton and Dorthea Pierce; and his very loving pet dog "Sammy" and his cat "Bacca".

Per Howard's request there will be no funeral services.
