JACOB DAVID SMITH, stillborn son of Noah and Jennifer (Pilati) Smith of Richmond, was born Thursday, May 3, 2007 in McGee's Women's Hospital, Pittsburgh. He is also survived by his brother, Jared Evan Smith of the home, by maternal grandparents Evan and Deborah (Horvath) Pilati and maternal great grandmother, Donna Pilati, all of East Springfield; paternal grandparents, David and Pamela (Smith) Smith and great grandmother Ida Mae Smith, all of Athens, OH and Carl and Joanne Smith of Logan. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the East Springfield Cemetery with the Reverend James Stafford officiating.
