James Mumbower 82, of Richmond, Ohio passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at Dixon Healthcare Center. Jim was a Veteran of the US Marine Corp. He graduated from Jefferson Union high school, retired from the Sammis Plant and was a member of Wintersville Baptist Temple.

Jim was born January 7, 1938 in Washington, PA, a son of the late Raymond and Betty Mumbower.

He is survived by his wife Genevieve (Lee) Mumbower; son, James Mumbower; daughter, Deborah (Larry) Everhart; brother-in-law, Luther Lee, Jr.; sister-in-law,  Ardeath Higgins; grandchildren, Lucas and Hannah Everhart.
