James E. Riggs, Jr., 33, of Wintersville, OH passed away February 19, 2015 at his home.

He was born April 22, 1981 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Pamela Grimes Hanick and the late James E. Riggs, Sr.

Jimmy loved his music.

James is survived by his mother Pamela and step-father, Dan Hanick; son, Devon Riggs; maternal grandmother, Carol Grimes; and brother, Thomas Riggs.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Saturday from 2 PM until time of funeral services at 5 PM.
