James Michael Shaffer, 75, of Toronto, OH, passed away February 28, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

Jim was born May 19, 1949, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Willis and Christine (Lamm) Shaffer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie L. (Goodrich) Shaffer; brothers, Lonnie "Gene" and Rober Shaffer; and sister, Deborah Walkup.

Jim served his country in the United States Maries. He retired from Weirton Steel where he did continuous annealing.

He is survived by his son, Sam Shaffer of Toronto, OH; nephew, Steve (Leslie) Shaffer; and great niece, Sandi Shaffer.

As per Jim's wish there will be no visitation or services.
