James L. Ullom, 79, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away on April 29, 2026. He was born on November 9, 1946, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to the late Forrest H. Ullom Jr. and Inece L. (Hores) Ullom. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his companion, Joyce Linda Flanagan.

James was an MIS Analyst for AVX. He proudly served for 8 years in the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his first wife, Rebecca Ullom; his son, Brian (Dannielle) Ullom; his daughter, Michelle (Matthew) Leder; his brother, Robert (Maureen) Ullom; his sister, Deborah Harasuik; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Barr, Pattric Kowalewski, Alex Ullom, Justin (Morgan) Carter, Kathleen (Drew) McKinney, Zachary Ullom, Allison Leder, and Jonathan Leder; and his great grandchild, Collins Carter.

In honor of James’s wishes, there will be no services held.
