JAMES L. WIGGS, SR., 68, of Richmond, OH, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2006 in TMCW, Steubenville. He retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and was member of the Masonic Lodge, F & AM, Salineville. He was born in Independence, WV, August 16, 1938. He is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Lee Wiggs, by a daughter, Darla Wiggs and a by a brother, Howard. He is survived by his mother, Lena (Wallace) Ford of Atwater, OH, by his wife, Sandra Wiggs, Quaker City, OH, by 5 sons and 3 daughters and two brothers, Charles, of Atwater and Larry of Greenville, SC; by 20 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond where services will be held at 8 PM following visitation.
