Janet I. Lemasters, 76 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Villa Vista, Steubenville. She was born December 8, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio daughter of the late Linwood and Elsie (Strupe) Zook. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Pittman and a sister, Marcie Eiler.

She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Toronto and loved attending Hollow Rock Church Camp Meeting with her family.

Janet is survived by a daughter, Tammy McDaniels of Toronto, OH; son, Cary (Christina) Lemasters of Wellsville, OH; two sisters, Faye Jones of Wintersville, OH and Donna Huber of Richmond, OH; grandchildren, Heather (Zanakqua) Mason, Jenna (Daniel) Dunfee, Cavan and Casey Lemasters; great-grandchildren, Zander, Leo, Kendall, and William; step-grandchildren, Tony, Shannon and Amber McDaniels, Marianne Birie.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
