Anita Jean Burge, 88, of New Alexandria, OH passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2017. She was born 19 February 1929 in Miletus, Doddridge, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene Dallas and Ruby Edith Nicholson McClain, husband Lester Burge, a son, Lester Eugene Burge and a grandson, Aaron Scot Burge, her brothers Charles (Pete), Robert (Peck), Willian (Mac) and Kenneth (Tex) McClain, sisters Ruth Vecchione and Leah Mae Viltro.

She is survived by two sons Randy Burge (at home) and Steve (Bridget) Burge, Middletown, MD. Three daughters Linda (Joe) Grabbits of Cadiz, OH, Wanda (Richard) Hazlett of Havelock, NC, and Lourie (Kathy) Burge-Dacharme of Newport, NC. Two brothers Edward (Ruth Ann) McClain of Wintersville, OH and Ricky R. (Linda) McClain of Rayland, OH and a sister Virginia Trikones of Wintersville, OH. Six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great great- grandchild.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Saturday from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 2 PM with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating.
