Jean Moore 87 of Galena, Ohio went to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 6, 2021.

Jean was born April 8, 1933 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Edna (Legere) Reighard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Moore; sister, Doris Patrick; two grandsons: infant Steven R Moore; Mark Moore and daughter-in-law, Monica Moore.

Jean is survived by her 6 children: Larry (Donna) Moore; Steve (MaryAnn) Moore; Jeff (Vickie) Moore, Cindy (Richard) Allender; Cheryl Davis; and April (David) Rawson; 11 grandchildren: Shauna Moore; Jeremy (Mary) Moore; Sharon (Keith) Kohler; Rob (Valerie) Moore; Stevie (Kacey) Moore; Charlene (Robert) Mayfield; Shane (Veronica) Moore; Cody (Katie) Moore; Amy Poole; Matthew Davis and Katlynne Davis; 17 great-grandchildren: Ivey Moore; Trevor Kohler; Austin Kohler; Dylan Moore; Marcus Moore; Lydia Moore; Chloe Moore; Nicole Burch; Amanda Martinez; Layla Viersen; Cheyenne Moore; Landon Moore; Jameson Moore; Kayla Leasure; Michael McLaughlin; Anna Davis and Karmen Davis; and 9 great-great grandchildren and Abby.

Jean enjoyed listening to music, singing, dancing, nature walks and visiting the Columbus Zoo.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, OH 43953.

Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates to follow services.
