Jeff Baker, 54, passed away July 31, 2019.
He is survived by his mother Carla (Jim) Benton.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond on Saturday from 4 PM until time of funeral services at 6 PM with Pastor Roger Wayne officiating.
