Jeffery "Jeff" Paul Barnes, 60, of Weirton, West Virginia, passed away on September 6, 2024. He was born on October 14, 1963, in New Brighton, PA, to Wilbur Paul and the late Carol Ann (Reese) Barnes. In addition to his mother, Jeff is preceded in death by his infant sister, Roxanne Barnes.

Jeff was a committed and loving husband who fiercely loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. No matter the trial of tribulation, Jeff was always there to lead and support his family.

In addition to his father, Jeff is survived by his wife, Terry (Chase) Barnes; his sons, Wesley and Ethan Barnes; his daughter, Candice Ebbert; his sister, Tracy (Danny) Brown; his grandchildren, Kiley Mueller, Katelynn Daughtery, Christina Mueller, Elowyn Barnes, Le'Lionna Barnes and Khalyl Barnes; and his great grandson, Willyum Dean.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 1-3 P.M.
