She was born
Joan worked for the West Virginia Lottery Commission as a lottery investigator.
She is survived by her husband, William Dinger of Wintersville; daughters, Amanda Watkins of Cedar Springs, Michigan, Elizabeth (Jason) Watkins Holloway of Concord, North Carolina, and Susannah (David) Tanis of Sparta, Michigan; sisters, Gail (Ronald) Martin of Birmingham, Alabama, Wanda (Ed) Erwin of Birmingham, Alabama, Sandra (Wayne) Rankhorn of Florida, and Judy (Charles) Hasty of Nashville, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Cody Tanis, R.J., Angel, and Samantha Holloway.
