Joann Kelley, 87, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Richmond, OH, passed away August 9, 2020 at Country Club Manor, Steubenville.

She was born October 9, 1932 in Newell, WV, a daughter of the late James and LaVaun (Collins) Walcott.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Kelley; son, Scott Allen Kelley; and brother, Jim Walcott.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughter, Sherry Kelley; sister, Betty Fisher; nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM.

Burial will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
