Joseph J. Ross Jr., 84, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on October 30, 2024. He was born on August 11, 1940, in Steubenville, to the late Joseph J and Iva (Westfall) Ross.

Joseph worked in the Electrical Department at Weirton Steel for 34 years before he retired. He was also a faithful member at Bell Chapel Methodist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn (Randolph) Ross; his children, Debbie (Rick) Jones, James J. (Linda) Ross, Janet Marie Nordin, and Todd (Jennifer) Parker; his grandchildren, Justine, Josh, Jesse, Todd, Bubba, Curtis, and Ella; and his 5 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 5-7:30 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the funeral home, at 1 P.M. with Pastor Seth Filburn officiating.
