John William Corder, 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on November 14, 2024, at home with his two daughters at his side. He was born on June 11, 1949, to the late Paul and Margaret Corder. He was a truck driver for Atlas Gas in Toronto, Ohio.

He was married to the love of his life, Beverly L. Corder, for almost 50 years. He is survived by his two daughters, Janice Hague of Bloomingdale and Jenifer (Chris) Kellar of Jewett, Ohio; he had seven grandchildren, Daniel, Frank, Dalton,  Toby Hague, Alayna (Kyle) Conrad and PJ Kellar; three brothers and one sister, Paul (Cindy) Corder, Robert (Linda) Corder, Howard Corder, and Carolyn Mercer all of Bloomingdale, Ohio; He is preceded in death by one sister, Peggy (John) Diekmann.

John was in the United States Army and a lifelong member of the Jefferson County Fair Board.

Besides spending time with family and friends, John had a passion for farming. He loved spending time with his two Percherons, Jim and Jake, using them for Christmas parades, hauling Christmas trees at the local tree farm and showing them at the fair in the Farm Hitch class. He enjoyed camping with family and friends at the Barnyard. He loved going to truck and tractor pulls, steer shows, football games and wrestling matches to support his grandchildren.

He was the best at always being there to help his girls and grandchildren with whatever they needed. Besides his loving wife Beverly, his girls and grandchildren were his pride and joy.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 3-7 P.M.
