In 1970, John met the love of his life, Sandy Graebing, and they were married on December 4th, 1971. They had four children, Brent, Steven, Johnny and Sara, and were married for 46 years at the time of his death.
John started his career in sales at Browning Bearing and Chain in Cleveland, Ohio and quickly became the Vice President of Sales for the company.
