John A. Rogers 54, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away January 31, 2021 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville. John was a Veteran of the US Navy and worked most of his life as a chef. He was a member of the First Families of Ohio and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.

He was born March 22, 1966 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Frank G. and Elaine (Furbay) Rogers. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Carl Rogers.

John is survived by his son, Robbie Barnes; brothers, Daniel (Nina) Rogers and Frank (Tammy) Rogers; nieces and nephews, Matthew Schiappa, Josh Schiappa, Rose Marie Schiappa, Frankie Rogers, Samantha Rogers, and Anne Rogers.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday from 4PM until time of funeral services at 7PM with his brother, Pastor Frank Rogers officiating. Private burial at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
